After opening his own accounting firm in 1984, Donald Kluge quickly discovered clients were looking for trusted financial services to complement their wealth-management strategies.

Driven by his desire to provide financial advice to his clients, Donald took the initiative in leading the effort to meld accounting and financial advice into a comprehensive package of services. As one of the early pioneers in the accounting industry to expand into financial services, Donald finds fulfillment in helping clients pursue their objectives in life.

As an experienced financial professional, Donald brings together all aspects of money management—accounting, financial advice, and tax planning—under one umbrella of service.

Donald’s resume is a rich mix of financial strategy development and accounting expertise.

Donald worked for three years in the corporate world after graduating from Pace University, Pleasantville, New York. He spent four years at a leading accounting firm in Westchester, New York and led then went on to lead one of the region’s most expansive full-service financial and accounting services for nearly 10 years.

He is a Certified Fund Specialist® (CFS), an Enrolled Agent (EA), and an Accredited Business Accountant®.

Donald lives with his wife Linda and two sons in Pleasantville, New York. In his free time, he coaches soccer, baseball and basketball. He is also an avid woodworker and outdoorsman. He has attained the rank of black belt in Shihou-Ken karate.

Dennis Lavin

Wealth Management Advisor

Dennis joined Kluge Financial Group, LLC in July 2023 as a Wealth Management Advisor.  He has been in the financial services profession for over 30 years, primarily helping individuals and business owners with tax preparation, accounting, and tax planning services.  Dennis became a financial advisor in 1999, currently holds his Series 6 and 63 registrations and is a Registered Representative with Cetera Financial Specialists LLC as well as an Investment Adviser Representative with Cetera Investment Advisers.

Dennis, being a tax professional, is passionate about educating business owners and individuals about the ever-changing and complicated tax code.  Prior to starting his tax and accounting firm, Lavin & Associates, Dennis worked as an auditor, accountant and financial analyst for major corporations including General Foods, Phillip Morris and May Department Stores.  These experiences put Dennis in a position to help individuals and business owners with their personal financial journey, no matter how complicated or complex.

Dot Mullane

Client Services Associate

Dot joined our team in April 2022.  Her primary responsibilities include preparing and processing paperwork for client transactions, maintaining customer relationship management database, and scheduling and preparing for client meetings. She also monitors and prepares distributions for IRAs and is the primary contact for coordinating with our operations team to research and resolve client inquires. Dot is focused on working with clients to build a relationship that provides them with confidence.

Dot’s previous work experience includes 19 years in accounting and building management in the real estate industry, and she worked at IBM for 13 years. Dot has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Iona College.

Dot lives in Briarcliff Manor with her husband Ken and two daughters, Caroline and Jessica. She enjoys hiking, skiing, exercising, watching football on Sunday, traveling and most of all, spending time with her family at the beach.

Jackie Stone

Director of Client Relations

Jackie has been with Kluge Financial Group since February 2012 and has a strong background in customer service with over 25 years in the financial services industry.  Her primary role is to maintain relations with our wealth management clients and work on strengthening the client experience.  She acts as a liaison to fund managers, custodians, and our broker-dealer, and oversees daily staff activities.

She earned her BA in Mathematics from Binghamton University, The State University of New York. Her prior work experience includes positions at Citigroup, Smith Barney, Travelers Group and Dun & Bradstreet.

Jackie lives in Pleasantville, New York.

Keith Small

Partner & Wealth Management Advisor

Keith has been in the financial services profession since 1994.  His first position in this industry was a teller with Cambridgeport Bank.  This foundational opportunity helped him truly understand the importance of the exceptional client experience.  For a 30 second transaction, several bank clients let other individuals go ahead of them in line, simply to work with Keith, who really cared about helping the customer in front of him.

Over the next 25 years Keith has held various positions in the financial services profession with Fleet Bank Financial Services, Eaton Vance Investment Management, MFS Investment Management, Oppenheimer Funds and most recently, Cetera Financial Specialists, LLC.  These experiences have only increased his passion and commitment to help individuals, families and businesses plan for their personal financial journey. 

He currently holds life, accident, and health insurance licenses, Series 24, 7, 65 and 63 and is a Registered Representative with Cetera Financial Specialists, LLC as well as an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Investment Advisers.  Keith is also a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC), Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and an Enrolled Agent (EA). 

When not working, Keith enjoys golfing, reading, skiing, tennis, traveling, quahogging and spending time with his girlfriend Jill, his dog Baxter and friends and family throughout New York and New England.

Michael Noble

Client Relationship Manager

Michael joins Kluge Financial Group with over 35 years of experience in financial services and accounting. He has an extensive background in accounting and taxation and served as an IRS Revenue Agent upon his graduation with a degree in accounting from Isenberg School of Management. After the IRS he moved on to New England Discount Brokerage one of the first discount brokers in the US where he directly assisted in the development of financial products and strategies that would align with the needs of corporations and their highly compensated employees, as well as delivering presentations to senior management outlining the features of these products. After leaving NEDB he joined with his wife to build a financial services practice that specialized in serving the accounting and financial needs of high-net-worth clients, businesses, and entities. For over 3 decades he has had the honor and pleasure of solving problems, finding solutions, and building trust with his clients. He is enrolled to practice before the IRS, holds a Series 7, 6, 63, 65 and is an investment advisor representative.

Natalie Noble

Wealth Management Advisor

For nearly four decades, Natalie ran her successful accounting firm, Noble & Associates, along with her husband, Michael. Her passion for helping clients started early, with her first job at 15 at H&R Block in Cambridge, Mass as receptionist. She went on to attend University of Massachusetts Amherst, while juggling the demands of motherhood and school, to complete her accounting degree. Her talents in accounting were recognized by her professors, and post graduation she served as an adjunct accounting professor at Umass, Amherst. This helped kindle her love of teaching, problem solving and finding creative solutions that help people pursue their financial goals. In 2002, Natalie and Michael expanded their firm's offerings to include investment services. Natalie is an enrolled agent, holds FINRA licenses series, 6, 63 and 65. She is Investment advisor representative and is life, health and accident licensed in Massachusetts.


Natalie strives to adhere to the motto “be kind”. She enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, yoga, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in beautiful Western Massachusetts on the Vermont & New Hampshire border, in the sweet town of Northfield.

Sal Battiato

Sal joined Kluge Financial Group, LLC in January 2023 as a Wealth Management Advisor. He has been in the financial services profession for over 30 years, primarily helping individuals and business owners with tax preparation, accounting, and tax planning services. Sal became a financial advisor in 2002, currently holds his Series 6 and 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative with Cetera Financial Specialists, LLC as well as an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Investment Advisers.

Sal, being an AFSP Tax Preparer, is passionate about educating business owners and individuals about the ever changing and complicated tax code. This passion has helped him manage a very successful tax and accounting firm servicing over 2000 clients. He feels that tax planning is the cornerstone to building a successful financial plan.

Fluent in Italian, Sal currently lives in Somers, NY with his wife, Dorothy. When not working, he enjoys golfing, traveling the world, experiencing fine dining and spending time with their two kids, Michael and Caroline.

Tammy brings over 2 decades of experience in the financial industry to Kluge Financial Group. Previously the Relationship Manager at The Quincy Group, Inc. she has a strong desire to help people by developing relationships with each client that go beyond the typical expectations.  

Tammy resides south of Boston in Braintree, MA with her husband and 3 daughters.  She enjoys time with her family, exercising, traveling and sports. As a former Girl Scout Troop Leader and longtime soccer and basketball coach she has maintained a close connection to her  community.

She currently holds her Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses.

Yana Sogolov

Yana Sogolov serves as Kluge Financial Group’s Director of Marketing. She focuses on maneuvering the firm to become a top brand in the industry in order to generate long-term growth and help clients pursue their financial goals. Yana has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and finance.

Yana is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds the Series 7, 24, 52, 63, and 65 securities registrations. She also holds insurance producer licenses for life, health, accident, and variable.

Yana finds solving challenging issues the most enticing part of her profession. She decided to pursue a career in the financial services industry while observing market fluctuations and growth in the early 1990s. Yana specializes in directing digital marketing for wealth management professionals. She takes a patient, thoughtful, and agile approach to client consultations.

She obtained her BA and MBA from the DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Fluent in English and Russian, Yana currently resides in South Florida, with her husband, two children.
